Job Description
- Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections to achieve higher STP rates.
- Cross-check different system.
- Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types.
- Optimize workflows based on high volume claims and achieve it within same day turn around time.
- Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
- Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders,distribution servicing rep, ) to achieve claims business objectives.
- Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
