The Best Connection Ltd are an Employment Business recruiting on behalf of our client.
Our client is a busy masonry manufacturing company based in Normanton supplying highly finished stone kitchen counter tops throughout the UK via a series of regional depots and outlets and occasionally, directly to the customers premises. All worktops are secured to an 'A' frame and these are loaded onto the vehicle by the Despatch team.
Our client operates a fleet of Class 1 articulated trucks. We urgently require a Class 1 day driver to support holiday and sickness cover running into their peak season work and possibly on to a permanent offer of employment.
An early morning start is usually required - anything from 02.00 to 04.00 as well as later starts on occasion. There is no handballing required with this work.
