Class 1 Driver – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established logistics operation based in the Northampton area. This is a temp to perm opportunity with ongoing, full-time work available for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
Early morning start times between 02:00am – 05:00am
Pay Rates
£17.20 per hour
£25.80 per hour after 9.6 hours worked per shift
The Role
Completing nationwide deliveries and collections
Curtain sider and trunking work available
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
Maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
