HGV C+E Driver – Newark (Flexible Ongoing Work)

Pertemps is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for night shifts between 18:00 and 21:00 at GXO’s Currys site in Newark. The role offers ongoing, long‑term work delivering electrical goods to distribution centres across the country. You will have flexible shift patterns and potential temp‑to‑perm opportunities.

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday: £19.79 per hour

Saturday (optional): £20.84 per hour

Sunday (optional): £21.89 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery routes with electric goods to distribution centres.
• Operate within scheduled night shift hours (18:00 – 21:00).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and vehicle up‑to‑date condition.
• Use digital timesheets to record work hours.
• Adhere to company and regulatory safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E licence.
