Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a well‑established blue‑chip logistics contract based in Allington.
Pay & Benefits
- £22.03 per hour (16:00 - 04:00)
- £18.36 per hour (04:00 - 16:00)
- Overtime after 42.5 hours: £24.84 per hour
- Weekly Bonus: £20

The Role
- Night trunking work to Bridgwater, Stoke, and Portsmouth
- Trailer swaps between depots
- Occasional shunting cover
- Start times between 18:00 - 21:00
- Average shift length: 12 hours
- Minimum 8 hours guaranteed pay per shift
- Ongoing, long‑term work with consistent hours
