Cleaner

Comer Group Ireland are currently seeking a Cleaner to join the team.

This role offers great variety for the right candidate, with duties and responsibilities in both the Residential and Commercial Property Sectors, across a range of properties within the Group Property Portfolio in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate for this role will be diligent, take pride in their work and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Actioning of requests from Management and Property Teams in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining all public areas in Commercial and Residential Properties.
• Empty and wipe down waste bins.
• Clean glass and window areas.
• Wipe and dust surfaces.
• Dust/Clean/straighten furniture and table fixtures.
• Dust and clean doors and window/door sills and ledges.
• Clean lifts and lift areas.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
