ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of cleaning services across The Gyle, covering both internal and external areas of the estate.
The role provides front‑line supervision and control of cleaning activity, ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation are consistently achieved. The postholder will lead by example, support operatives during shifts, and ensure tasks are completed in line with specifications and site priorities.
