Key Responsibilities
- Cleanroom Assembly: Perform assembly of precision components in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
- Helicoils Installation: Install Helicoils into components as per engineering specifications and standards, ensuring proper installation to maintain component integrity and performance.
- Helium Leak Testing: Conduct helium leak testing on assembled components to ensure they meet leak‑tightness requirements and identify and address any leaks or defects.
- Quality Control: Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, document inspection results, and report any non‑conformities.
