+ Prep and clean materials to ensure a flawless coating surface
+ Load, rack, and move parts through the coating line
+ Operate electrostatic spray equipment, booths, and curing ovens
+ Apply powder evenly for a smooth, high-quality finish
+ Monitor curing to ensure perfect adhesion and durability
+ Inspect finished products and fix imperfections as needed
+ Maintain equipment and keep the workspace running smoothly
+ Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
