SMX is seeking a highly experienced **Information Systems Training Specialist – Sr** to support a mission-critical federal program in Washington, DC. This individual will serve as a senior training and instructional design professional responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining technology-focused training programs that enable users to effectively utilize enterprise systems, applications, and business processes. The selected candidate will act as a training subject matter expert responsible for assessing training requirements, designing instructional strategies, developing training materials, and delivering instructor-led and web-based training solutions to a diverse user community.
