Clerical Officer Grade V *Emergency Department (ED), Mercy Injury Unit Gurranbraher (MIUG), Acute Medical Assessment Unit (AMAU) and Pre-Assessment Clinic (PAC). Temporary Contract, Full Time Hours. Purpose of the Post A key role of the Clerical Officer Grade V ED/MUIG/AMAU/PACis to ensure that the administrative function of the Emergency Department, M-UCC, AMAU and PAC are managed in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining high standards of clerical practice within the areas. The post holder is expected to achieve and maintain targets as directed bythe Healthcare RecordsManager,Director of Operationsand/or Deputy CEO/CEO. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the Roster for ED/MUIG/AMAU/PACS clerical staff. Collate and submit all payroll for ED/MUIG/AMAU/PACS clerical staff to Wages.
