Location: 85 Playfair Road, #07-01, Tong YuanIndustrial Building, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are a well-established Japanese trading company based in Singapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Staff to support our operations team during a temporary manpower requirement period.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry accurately into the ERP system
- Prepare and process sales, purchase, delivery, and shipping documents
- Handle trade-related documents such as LC, BL, invoices, and other related paperwork
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on documentation and order matters
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned
