/Skills/Requirements This position provides experience in mentoring, outreach, student engagement, and supporting college readiness initiatives.As a Peer Mentor, you will help high school students successfully transition into college coursework and navigate their dual credit experience.Additional Skills:
  • Assist with helping and guiding students to campus resources

  • Familiarity in navigating Canvas, MVConnect, student email, and other campus technology

  • Mentoring skills

  • Assist with event planning

  • Outreach assistance

  • Customer service

  • Collaboration with staff

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
