Responsibilities and Duties Perform general administrative duties and provide support to branch operations Maintain and update accurate employee records and files Capture and submit payroll-related information accurately and timeously to the relevant departments Coordinate monthly timesheets for payroll processing Capture and update leave records of employees on the relevant systems Assist with the preparation, distribution, and filing of HR-related documentation Assist with onboarding and termination administration, including the completion and submission of required documentation Assist employees with HR-related queries Support employee benefit administration by coordinating documentation and communication with the relevant stakeholders Ensure employee information and records remain accurate and up to date Support compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stake...
