Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536583) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in handling academic programmes, preferably with experience in finance matters. Experience in handling postgraduate programmes would be an advantage. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good computer proficiency, especially in using Microsoft Office software; strong organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team; and attend to details.
