Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and prioritize quality of work done.
- Ensure all works carried out and materials used strictly in accordance with specifications and required standards.
- Record and assess works done by main contractor and subcontractors on site, and report to superiors and project consultants any irregularity or unsatisfactory works.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors and consultants. Participate in factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and overall testing and commissioning procedures for M&E systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Promote safety awareness on site and ensure that all M&E work practices comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Verify site progress reports/documents submitted by the contractor.
