Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Matching, mailing and filing of invoices
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Payment reminder and follow‑up with customers on overdue payments
- Assist in data entry of delivery orders and invoices
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
