Job Description
Purpose:
- Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks Pte Ltd
- Point of contact for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally
- Liaise with the Sales Network to support the daily management of the campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the client relationship and communication
- Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network
- Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials
- Facilitate and support training to sales network
- Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes, procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated
