Client Account Manager

P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a growing Property company based in Glasgow City Centre, to recruit a Client Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a key role to support the wider commercial accounts team with the financial management of a wide and diverse commercial property portfolio. The role requires a self-motivated, driven professional with the skills to manage multiple tasks whilst working meticulously to strict deadlines Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for quarterly client invoicing, handling account queries, and processing billing amendments for both actual and budgeted developments. Producing funding requests for clients. Arranging prompt settlement of all sums to landlords via online banking systems. Raising tenant demands for rents, service charges and ad hoc charges Paying over rent receipts to clients.
