Client Advisor, Auto Insurance
Location: Penticton, BC
Status: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 CAD annually (based on location, experience, etc.)
We are recruiting a full‑time Client Advisor to advise, explain, promote, and sell auto insurance policies, ensuring Acera clients are correctly insured.
Responsibilities
- Provide auto and other insurance services, including commercial fleet, to clients.
- Recommend and implement coverage, premiums, and payment methods.
- Provide information on policies, risk coverages, limitations, and features.
- Respond to emergencies and assist clients with claims.
- Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, Autolink, and private insurer web portals.
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by the team leader.
