Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Client Care Coordinator for our Families w/ Children facility in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan. As the Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing mental health and related services for homeless families.
