Job Description
Duration: 12 Month Contract Responsibilities
- Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting
- Manage processing of e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations, mailing addresses and conditions changes for clients and agents accurately and timely
- Handle returned mails for client portfolios
- Manage ad-hoc clients statements and advices printing requests
- Maintain client data in the bank systems and perform clean-up when required
- Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time
- Degree with at least 3 years of account documentation requirement in Private Bank
- Experience in mailing related data maintenance for Client and Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) records is preferred
