Client Director - Surety
Aon's Global Broking Centre is recruiting a Client Director to join our Surety team based in London.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.
What the day will look like
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Client management and broking, serving a diversified portfolio of clients on a wholesale and retail basis, including renewals and new business.
- Understanding the clients' business and surety requirements and providing technical advice to clients and networks.
- Providing account and brokerage services to new and existing Aon surety accounts, proactively advising on opportunities to improve existing surety programs through re‑marketing of bonds as needed. Ensuring client retention and year‑over‑year book growth through penetration opportunities or new business growth is the key business result measured.
