Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with existing Canada process students/customers
- Handle queries, concerns, and retention-related communication
- Maintain regular engagement to improve retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service updates
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
- Achieve retention and follow-up targets

- 1–3 years of telecalling/customer support experience
