Thispositionwillberesponsiblefordeliveringofhighqualityclientservicestoanassignedclientportfolio, within FINEX lines, and promoting new sales to achieve the sales (new & renewal) targets
Responsibilities:
Manage specific tasks supporting client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuanceand renewal cycle asperinstructionsand guidance ofFinexAM andhigher manager
Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservicetoexistingandnewclientsasassignedandguided by senior Finex staff
Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle, including but not limit to obtaining of quotations; explaining insurance terms/conditions; making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients when and where appropriate
