In this role, you're responsible for developing underwriting strategies that promote growth and satisfaction among clients. Additionally, you will be expected to guide less experienced colleagues and promote continuous improvement within the team through shared knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom risk transfer solutions for clients
• Drive new business acquisition through effective marketing
• Evaluate risks associated with the property sector
• Manage account onboarding and renewals efficiently
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff
Requirements:
• Moderate property underwriting experience needed
• Technical proficiency in underwriting and rating
