This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to support the In-Home Services department of Links2Care. You will handle client referrals, maintain accurate data in AlayaCare, and ensure all client files are processed effectively to facilitate prompt service provision to seniors and families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client intake procedures and waiting lists
• Enter and update client information in AlayaCare
• Prepare and maintain client files for service
• Participate in internal meetings and audits
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
Requirements:
• Relevant Administration Certification and experience
• 1-2 years in clerical or administrative roles
• Superior data entry skills and attention to detail
