Overview
The Client Onboarder is a client facing role who will act as a Project Manager for the implementation of JPMorgan products including bank accounts, payments and collections solutions, bank statements, etc.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary internal and client teams to understand client requirements and deliver the implementation of new business wins efficiently and on-time.
- Identify issues, assess severity, escalate to appropriate individuals/functions, and own resolution where appropriate.
- Manage multiple deals/projects concurrently with competing priorities, resources, and timelines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and partner with the larger project deal team to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of treasury solutions.
