Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Onboarding
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new separately managed accounts, commingled funds, and sub-advisory relationships.
- Coordinate account opening across multiple custodians.
- Gather and document client-specific requirements: investment guidelines, restricted securities, liquidity terms, reporting frequency, and fee basis points.
- Work with client’s operations and consultant teams to agree on data delivery methods
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure all AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), FATCA, and CRS documentation is collected and verified.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance
Testing & Client Sign-Off
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients – confirm trade execution, reporting, and compliance rule monitoring work as expected.
