Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Role: Client Onboarding Specialist (Internal Job Title: Client Onboard Intmd Analyst - C11). The position is part of the Treasury and Trade Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system set‑ups with high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
- Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, providing superior customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Performs day‑to‑day management of account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in‑process, pended and service‑related activities.
- Determines new work procedures and analyzes complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
