Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Up to 2 years Management experience essential;
- Advanced IR experience essential;
- TES experience preferred;
- Qualification: Grade 12 National Diploma/Degree in HR, Labour Relations and/or Business Management NQF 6/7 advantageous;
- Additional Requirements: petrochemical production, manufacturing industry road freight, operations manager / warehouse manager 3-5 years experience in production, manufacturing knowledge of bargaining, road freight (advantageous);
- Must have interacted with unions;
- Be able to manage a portfolio of clients, manage disciplinaries, manage budget, be able to speak through financials;
