Role Purpose
To manage full TIS (Training & Improvement Services) process, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs, in line with agreed Area and country’s strategies and budgets to achieve commercial and operational growth targets and strategies. Scope entails the markets South East Asia and ANZ region in cooperation with line manager.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Mapping out training portfolio, designing and developing yearly training programs (public and in-house). Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.Support Marketing department to manage LRQA website and training monthly newsletter.Take responsibility for the administration of training events in line with global and local business requirements. This will include scheduling, managing enrolments, confirming trainers and equipment, managing external venue bookings, and managing accommodation bookings.
