Job Overview
CACEIS Malaysia seeks a Client Data Specialist to maintain client static data and support onboarding processes. The role is based in IOI City, Putrajaya, Malaysia with working hours 9:00AM to 6:00PM Malaysia time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate creation and maintenance of client static data across internal systems during onboarding and lifecycle updates.
- Review and validate documentation to ensure correct data capture and system set‑up.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client data to support downstream operational processes.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks as allocated by Supervisor/Manager.
- Respond to queries and incoming emails in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other teams within CACEIS Investor Services.
