Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Operations Specialist with 1 - 5 years experience to handle calls and email requests, raise and track work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, and process invoices and job tickets.
This role supports the timely follow-through of jobs and ensures tasks are completed and closed in line with agreed KPIs.
