My client is a Supply Chain and Operations Executive Search specialist, headquartered in London and operating predominantly in continental Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead a vertical and be responsible for business development, management of major client accounts and development of clients on a cross-functional, international basis.
- Drive growth of the practice, expanding presence and reputation in the vertical.
- Support extensive training and development within the team.
Team, Growth and Industries
- Current team: 20 Heads, 35% bilingual.
- Growth plan: expand to 35–40 heads in the next 2 years, developing both Business Functions and Hierarchies within the Research Team and the Client Partner team.
