The Opportunity: An international corporation operating in Portugal is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors who speak Ukrainian.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries through telephone, email, and live messaging platforms.
- Ensure every customer interaction is polite, transparent, and strictly professional.
- Supply correct, problem-solving answers to address client needs effectively.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer dialogues in the corporate system.
- Consistently achieve the organization's quality criteria and service targets.
- Coordinate with global colleagues whenever necessary to assist customers.
- Note: No previous customer care experience is necessary for this role.
