Responsibilities
- Deliver daily support to clients using transaction banking services.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the full onboarding process for SMAR&TS customers.
- Promote and expand client adoption of transaction banking solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or client service.
- Familiarity with transaction banking and internet banking platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Japanese required to liaise with Japanese corporate clients.
