Job Description
Client Relationship Associate sits in the private banking segment to provide for the private wealth.
Responsibilities:
- To provide sales support to the Private Wealth RMs.
- To perform and confirm trade execution with clients and to input trades into Avaloq system.
- To perform and confirm new TD placements and renewals with clients
- Assist with the onboarding process of Private Wealth clients in Avaloq.
- Assist with periodic reviews on client accounts and credit line reviews
- Attend to all incoming calls to the Front Office common line.
- To be main liaison between various units for all Private Wealth transactions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience in similar field of supporting RMs in wealth management segments
