ICON Global is seeking a high-performingClient Retention Specialistto manage and grow relationships with hotel and hospitality clients across international markets.
This role is focused on driving repeat business, expanding account value, and ensuring consistent supply of hotel linen and amenities including bedsheets, pillow covers, curtains, bathrobes, towels, and related hospitality products.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset to grow revenue from existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
