Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate job updates to meet client expectation
  • Manage workload effectively to ensure service quality
  • Use dashboards to track tasks, ensure transparency, and meet KPIs
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to clients
  • Prepare and send accurate invoices on time

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in TIC background especially for mineral, metals, solid fuel and agriculture
