Job Description
The Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities:
- Contribute & drive turnover to meet budget set for the team
- Retain and grow the business with accountability on structural clients
- Contribute to the commercial roadmap and monitor commercial activations
- Understand the client’s organization and build-up solid relationship with key contacts
- Leadership role within Creative Excellence team
- Drive performance, managing ways of working, optimised workload, ensure team ownership and responsibility
- Role of mentoring to grow the team expertise -> with regular feedback to team membersand organizing trainings
- Working closely with the project management team
