We are currently looking for an experienced staff to join our Client Service Enablement Team.

Client Services Enablement supports CS and clients in region and is led globally to deliver a consistent experience to employees and client Portfolios.
What you will be responsible for
As CS enablement, you will
Provide governance and program management for core CS controls, like Periodic client document recertifications, CAP compliance for client access requests, Periodic AML reviews
Create, promote, and continuously improve standard controls and procedures for the CS role
Proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk across portfolios (e.g., ICAMS timeliness, recurring trends) and assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate
Manage remediation of Archer findings impacting multiple portfolios
