:This is a non-sales customer service role that support our high performing Client Call Centre in life insurance functions. Thorough on-job training will be provided and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct the post sales call over phone with tailor-made script to our clients in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Handle customer enquiries via hotline and walk-in services
Meet service standard and KPIs according to internal guidelines and rules
Conduct various outbound calls with documented protocols
Liaise with internal departments, channels and customers on replies to enquiries and required documents
Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
