Responsibilities
Duties:
- Responsible for managing key accounts by acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution and successful implementation of new programs.
- Oversee inventory replenishment, stockholding, forecasting, and supply planning to maintain service levels and optimize stock.
- Monitor KPI performance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage safety stock, excess/obsolete inventory, and utilize ERP systems to control a high volume of SKUs while improving operational processes.
Working hours: Mon‑Fri office hours; Location: East.
Requirements- Minimum degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other relevant educational qualifications.
