You will serve as a primary client contact for documentation requests and follow-ups, while independently driving issue resolution across internal partners (Sales/Client Manager, Credit/Underwriting, KYC, Party Central, Processing, and Closing) to ensure timely execution. You will maintain consistent file quality and pipeline hygiene to reduce operational and credit risk and improve time-to-close.
