The Role
As a Client Services Advisor within our Client Services Department, you will provide dedicated support to the Private Client – Bereavement team, handling both inbound and outbound client enquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a high standard of service and are supported with care, professionalism, and sensitivity throughout their bereavement enquiries.
