ROLES & Responsibilities -
- Handle customer enquires with accurate information – in person, Phone, email, google business, WhatsApp
- Welcome clients to the centre and make them feel comfortable.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate treatment room, manage timings and treatments
manage sales of products and treatments.
- Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders
- Manage calendar of all therapists
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.G. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
