Job Description
Responsibiities:
- Take full ownership of clients transactional needs and coordinate between clients, Transaction Services, Business Development, & coverage teams for transaction fulfilment and service performance
- Advise clients on trade transactional practices & products
- Support Client service managers with their MI/data related tasks
- Encourage client adoption of self-serve solutions to enable proactive service
- Understand clients transactional routines, build relationships
- Monitor client experience, client feedback & service quality
- Support transformation projects like automations, streamlining of processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in automation using Excel.
- Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.
