Job Description
SUMMARY: The Client Services manager supervises and leads the Client Services team, partners with the Business Development Managers to drive sales and service to existing key global enterprise clients, oversees a portfolio of accounts, and is responsible for client retention and growth targets which are defined annually and measured monthly.
