A multichannel communication solutions provider is on the search for a driven Client Services Manager with knowledge of Transactional and/or Direct Mail .
We are looking for someone who has outstanding people management skills, with an aptitude to motivate a team and set high staff expectations.
The selected candidate will also prove a consistent dedication to ensuring excellence in customer service, along with having impressive presentation skills and an ability to communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally.
You must also have a strong commercial acumen and be able to set KPIs.
